Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions with team members to ensure that the applications align with business objectives and user expectations, while also participating in the iterative design process to refine and enhance application features based on feedback and testing outcomes. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the applications developed are not only functional but also user-friendly and efficient, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in application design. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with database management and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with agile development practices and tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
