Engineering with ServiceNow CertificationSummary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will also engage in iterative design processes, testing prototypes, and refining applications based on user feedback, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Servicenow Tools Administration. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience in user experience design and usability testing. - Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs within ServiceNow. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - An Engineering with ServiceNow Certification is required.
