15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute to design sessions, and work on refining application functionalities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Familiarity with agile development practices and tools. - Experience in user interface design and user experience optimization.
