You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the application design process and contribute to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Design and develop applications based on business process and application requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Create technical specifications and design documents. Ensure the application design meets quality standards and is aligned with best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. Experience in designing and developing applications based on business requirements. Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices. Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its various modules. Experience in creating technical specifications and design documents. Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL framework. Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems. Knowledge of JavaScript and other scripting languages. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
