A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute to design reviews, and iterate on application features to enhance user experience and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop application features that meet business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Familiarity with agile development practices. - Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications.
