Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into functional design solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements. Design and develop applications that align with business processes and application requirements. Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful application design. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure application design meets quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application design capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. Strong understanding of IT operations management principles. Experience in designing and implementing IT service management solutions. Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. This position is based at our Gurugram office.
