You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions with business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements. Design and develop applications that align with business processes. Implement best practices for application design and development. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in application design. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. Strong understanding of ITIL framework. Experience in designing and implementing ITSM solutions. Knowledge of JavaScript and AngularJS for customization. Hands-on experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
