Your typical day will involve working with the ServiceNow platform and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and migration to the cloud. Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements using the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and migration to the cloud. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow IT Service Management applications. Provide technical expertise and support to end-users and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Servicenow Tools Administration. Experience in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Experience in cloud migration and implementation.
