This is a remote position.

Overview :

Define cloud-native product architecture on Azure, ensuring scalability, performance, and modular integration
Design core components including data ingestion pipelines, document processing modules, and AI integration patterns
Translate product requirements and demo flows into a technical blueprint and infrastructure design
Establish Azure service configurations (e.g., App Services, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Azure OpenAI, Cosmos DB, API Management)
Define role-based access and security architecture across personas and workflows
Collaborate with UX, AI, and front-end development teams to enable seamless feature integration
Ensure alignment with requirements including offline data handling and simulated workflows
Design Azure infrastructure for product with a long-term view toward PaaS readiness
Provide technical leadership and guidance across the solution delivery lifecycle
Support iterative prototyping and manage demo product performance and architecture
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years in software architecture, with 3+ years designing solutions on Microsoft Azure

Expertise in Azure services (App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, AI/ML tools, Security)

Experience integrating AI-driven features like document parsing, chatbot interfaces, and data analytics

Experience designing enterprise SaaS applications and working in fast-paced demo/prototype environments

Strong understanding of data modeling, API strategies, and microservices architecture

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desired: Familiarity with the Retirement or financial services domain
