About your new role:

• Should have the Basic Knowledge of Documents required for various USA & UK universities and Consultant

Portals for applications of UG and PG courses.

• Cross Verifying the Universities requirements with respect to the eligibility of the student.

• Should have the experience to file applications in at least 5 different Consultant portals as well as direct

applications through university or Common app.

• Liaison and regular Follow-ups with the consultant for applications update and offer letters

• Liaison with the counselling and visa team to get the part of the application process done.

• Working on internal CRM tools, consultant portals and google sheets for the smooth process.• Connecting with students and Counsellor in case of post submission applications queries.

• Resolving issues related to applications and becoming the point of contact for different team members.

• Should be able to Achieve the Targets provided with respect Applications timelines , offer letter and

audit parameters.

• Working with stakeholders: inter and intra teams.

• Any other task assigned by the POD leaders

• Maintaining the Data of Related activities
