Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master, Need to guide and coach Agile teams to ensure that projects are delivered in alignment with Agile methodologies, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency.

Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate sprints, manage impediments, and promote an environment conducive to collaboration and continuous improvement.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Track project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and manage project documentation.

Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues where necessary.
