Job Description

As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of RPA Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your primary responsibilities include: Strategic Solution Leadership Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. Team Delivery leadership Lead and manage high performing team of RPA consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your functional expertise with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Should have 12+ years of IT experience with 4+years in Automation anywhere Design end-to-end RPA architecture including process design, bot orchestration, exception handling, and integrations. Must have experience in any one of the programming languages Conduct code reviews and manage solution deployment to production Preferred technical and professional experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Provide guidance to RPA developers during development and ensure adherence to design. Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess technical feasibility
