Job Description

Support the pre-sale technical support activities, including generating IO summaries and controller selection for BMS and CPM/CPO projects. Prepare technical submittals for client proposals, including system designs, and MEP drawings. Conduct site surveys to assess existing systems, understand customer requirements, and gather necessary data for designing control systems. Programming and configuring Direct Digital Controllers (DDC), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Protocol Converters for automation systems and provide an interface to applications over standard protocols like BACnet/IP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems into larger automation solutions. Provide support for commissioning of DDC/PLC or Protocol converter systems, including system testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the system meets design specifications. Support installation teams on-site and assist with troubleshooting, configuration, and system optimization during commissioning. Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools, controllers, and software used in building automation
