Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Apparel Production Manager, located in Noida. The Apparel Production Manager will oversee the production process from planning to execution, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing the production team, monitoring production schedules, coordinating with suppliers, overseeing quality control, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with safety and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Management, especially in the apparel industry
• Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
• Strong understanding of production planning and supply chain management
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and ethical production methods
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in production management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
