What You'll Design & Drive

Apparel Design

- Conceptualize and develop athlete-first apparel for training, competition, and recovery-tailored to

cricket, football, running, and fitness.

- Design teamwear, base layers, warm-ups, lifestyle athleisure, and fan merchandise using

high-performance materials.

- Develop tech packs, pattern layouts, trims & detailing, fit specs, and construction guides.

- Collaborate with sourcing and production teams for sampling, material testing, and vendor

development.

Sports Equipment Design

- Design functional sports accessories and equipment-bags, gloves, guards, compression gear, arm

sleeves, headbands, and custom-fit gear.

- Innovate on ergonomics, materials, and modular or sport-specific features.

- Work closely with athletes, coaches, and category managers to gather field-tested insights and

turn them into design solutions.

Prototyping & Digital Workflows

- Use tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot, CLO3D, or equivalent for

2D-3D concept development.

- Rapidly iterate and visualize gear across usage scenarios, sizing, and motion.

- Engage with vendors and internal labs to fine-tune mockups, trims, and accessories.

What We're Looking For

- Degree/Diploma in Apparel Design, Product Design, or Industrial Design.

- 2-6 years of experience in sportswear, activewear, or gear design (performance-oriented industry

preferred).

- Strong eye for technical construction, materiality, and brand aesthetics.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D design tools.

- Bonus: Experience in functional trim sourcing, sports prototyping, or material innovation.
