Grade B2 Role:Customer Services Functional Role 3B2IN-3-Junior Business Analyst 10 to 12 years of total experience in Implementation, configurations and support to Oracle Manufacturing Service Contract/IB/Tele Sales/Depo Repair/Field Service modules. This role is responsible for design, document, configure, test, demonstrate and train the end users in the final solution throughout the implementation life. Lead will act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Oracle Service Contract, IB, Tele Sales, Depo Repair, Field Service modules supporting the design, configuration, validation and realization of the modules delivering a solution that meets the customers objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
