Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI systems. You will own the end-to-end ML lifecycle: problem framing, feature engineering, model training, deployment, monitoring, drift detection, retraining, and ML Ops automation. The ideal candidate combines strong ML fundamentals with solid engineering practices to deliver measurable business impact. understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and be comfortable working in agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Model Development: Convert business problems into ML solutions, perform data preprocessing and feature engineering, train and optimize models using advanced techniques. Deployment & Serving: Deploy models via APIs, batch, or streaming; containerize with Docker; implement CI/CD and versioning for reproducibility. Model Monitoring & Observability: Track operational and quality metrics, detect data/concept drift, set up dashboards and alerts, and log predictions for auditing. Retraining & Lifecycle Management: Automate retraining pipelines, maintain experiment tracking and model registries, run A/B tests, and ensure SLA compliance. MLOps & Platform Integration: Build scalable ML pipelines, integrate with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), enforce security and compliance, and collaborate across teams.
Required Skills:
Python proficiency in data processing and ML workflows.
ML Algorithms .
API development (FastAPI/Flask), containerization (Docker), and Git.
Experience with ML monitoring (metrics, drift detection) and experiment tracking
Solid understanding of ML evaluation, cross-validation & leakage prevention.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
NLP (transformers/embeddings) or Computer Vision (CNNs) exposure.
Observability stacks (Grafana/CloudWatch/Open Telemetry).
Basic GPU acceleration and distributed training concepts.
