Position: Oracle Tech Lead Financials & Procurement

Role Overview:

Oracle Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  technical design, development, and customization

  of Oracle Financials modules —

  AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management

  — and support Oracle Procurement (Purchasing, iProcurement, Contracts, Sourcing, GRN).
• Build and maintain

  custom extensions, reports, and integrations

  using

  PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, OAF, and OIC

  .
• Design and manage

  integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services

  , ensuring smooth data flow across systems.
• Develop and automate

  financial and procurement reports

  using

  BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)

  .
• Implement

  role-based access controls (RBAC)

  , maintain

  data security and audit trails

  , and ensure

  statutory compliance

  .
• Troubleshoot system and performance issues; ensure smooth upgrades and technical support.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Document configurations, workflows, and customizations; share best practices and conduct internal training sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• BE/B.Tech/MCA

  or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.

• 5–15 years

  of hands-on experience in

  Oracle Fusion / EBS Financials

  ; exposure to Procurement preferred.
• Strong knowledge of

  PL/SQL, OAF, Oracle Forms, OIC, SOA Suite, REST/SOAP APIs.

• Good understanding of

  financial processes, accounting principles, and procurement workflows.

• Experience with

  BI Publisher, OTBI, and OAC

  for reporting and analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
