App Script Executive

As a Google Apps Script Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain Google Apps Script code for automation, reporting, and process optimization. You will integrate various Google Workspace applications such as Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, Forms, and Calendar to streamline workflows. Creating custom functions, triggers, and add-ons to meet specific business requirements will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing scripts while working closely with different departments to understand their automation needs. Maintaining documentation for all scripts and workflows, ensuring security, data privacy, and compliance in all developed scripts, and providing training and support to staff for using automated solutions are also important aspects of the job. You should have proficiency in Google Apps Script, strong knowledge of Google Workspace tools, experience with APIs, data integration, and automation workflows, as well as the ability to analyze requirements and develop efficient technical solutions. A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and good communication skills for cross-team collaboration are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in Google Apps Script development. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be considered an added advantage.
