Apollo HealthAxis - Robotic Process Automation Developer

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled RPA Software Engineer with a strong software development background and proven experience in building automation solutions using Automation Anywhere. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade automation workflows that integrate seamlessly with existing applications and backend systems. Key Responsibilities Design and develop robust, scalable automation scripts and workflows using Automation Anywhere A360. Integrate RPA bots with internal and third-party systems via APIs, databases, and web services to enable end-to-end process automation. Analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications and automated solutions. Build and maintain reusable RPA components and libraries following best practices in software engineering. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines where applicable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to ensure high-quality delivery. Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specs. Required Skills 4+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in RPA development using Automation Anywhere. Strong programming/scripting skills (e., Python, Java, .NET, or JavaScript). Proficient in working with APIs, RESTful services, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker) is a plus.
