As the Human Resources Employee Services Regional Manager at Cummins Inc., you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of Total Rewards and HR service lines across the APAC region, which includes India, South Pacific, and Southeast Asia. Your role will involve ensuring alignment with Cummins global HR strategy, compliance with regional legislation, and excellence in employee experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the strategic direction and operational delivery of Total Rewards service lines (Health & Wellness Benefits, Retirement/Pension, TR Engagement, Broad-Based Compensation) across APAC. - Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including COEs, HRBPs, Regional Benefits, and TR leadership to align with business needs. - Ensure compliance with regional labor laws and maintain constructive union relationships where applicable. - Represent APAC in the Global Total Rewards leadership team, providing regional insights for global decision-making. - Monitor service delivery metrics and SLAs; implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Manage regional budgets and operating plans; track performance and financial outcomes. - Oversee customer satisfaction and service quality; act on feedback to enhance employee experience. - Coach and mentor team members; manage workload distribution and performance development. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, or related field. - Advanced degree or certification in HR or Total Rewards is a plus. - Significant experience in international HR service delivery, including leadership, compliance, and budget management. In this role, your core competencies will include effective communication tailored to diverse audiences, customer focus to deliver employee-centric solutions, self-awareness for personal growth, and embracing diverse perspectives for inclusive collaboration. You will also demonstrate technical competencies in benefits design & administration, compensation strategy alignment, change management, data analytics for decision-making, and facilitation & consulting for strategic HR initiatives. Your leadership competencies will involve cultural agility, strategic thinking, relationship building, and driving outcomes with urgency and accountability. Experience in international HR service delivery, leadership, compliance, and budget management will be key for success in this role. Previous experience in managing regional HR operations in a multinational environment, particularly across APAC, and leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams will be advantageous. Experience in working with unionized environments and labor relations is a plus, although direct technical experience in Total Rewards is not a requirement for this position.
