Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
Sourcing Candidates:
Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract top technical talent.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Candidate Engagement:
Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategies.
Reporting:
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and challenges.
Diversity Initiatives:
Contribute to our diversity and inclusion efforts by actively seeking diverse talent.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the IT industry for Apac region.
Strong knowledge of various technical roles and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
