Manage end-to-end IT recruitment across APAC, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to understand technical requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking within the APAC talent market.
Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and role suitability.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, pipelines, and reports using ATS and recruitment tools.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hiring practices across APAC regions while meeting diversity and inclusion goals.
