Job Roles And Responsibilities

1 to 5 years of Accounts PayableMust have experience in Create payment proposal on a weekly basis as per the schedule, Payment Processing, SAP+F110Ensure all the proposals are created on time to meet local bank cutoffPerform audit of all the transactions which are picked in payment proposalPayment proposal exception documents to be reviewed and take necessary steps to resolveAll block items to be reviewed and ensure transactions are ready before the payment runWork with Invoice processing team to fix all the process related issues to ensure invoices are paid on timeAll manual payments are processed as per scheduleEnsure all the necessary approvals are in place before processing manual payments to be compliantPayment block and removals should be processed as per the instruction from approversRegular follow-up with vendors to get bank details to update in vendor master dataTimely processing of rejection cases to ensure vendors are paid on timeGL clearing of all outgoing entries to be cleared daily and ensure all items are cleared before month end.Should be Flexible with the Shift timings
