AOP- Program coordinator (MSW) (Male Only)

Program Coordinator – Aftercare Outreach Program (AOP)
Location: Patna, Bihar | Mode: Offline
Experience: Minimum 1 year | Education: Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, Development Studies or related fields

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement the Aftercare Outreach Program in Bihar
• Support youth transitioning from Child Care Institutions (16–18 yrs) with education, skilling, and placements
• Engage with stakeholders (government, NGOs, corporates, mentors) for program delivery
• Organize life skills workshops, mentorship, and training sessions
• Track budgets, support financial disbursement, and maintain program records
• Prepare program reports, donor communication, and data entries

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in youth development, skilling, or rehabilitation programs
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools
