Animal Care Centre Manager in Kolad

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of animal care staff, volunteers, and interns to provide compassionate and effective care for all animals in our facility.
• Develop and implement protocols and procedures to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all animals under our care.
• Coordinate with veterinarians, trainers, and other professionals to provide specialized care and rehabilitation for animals with specific needs.
• Oversee the daily operations of the animal care centre, including feeding, grooming, exercise, cleaning and enrichment activities.
• Monitor and maintain facility cleanliness, maintenance, and organization to create a safe and comfortable environment for animals and staff.
• Manage the budget and resources of the animal care centre, ensuring efficient use of funds and effective allocation of resources.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to promote adoption, fundraising, and community engagement initiatives.

About Company: Mypalclub Foundation works in animal welfare. We have mobile medical units which perform on-street treatment of stray animals. We also take care of geriatric and special needs animals and strive to give them a good life. We also do awareness programs in schools and colleges to make kids and the youth more aware of animals and be more compassionate towards them.
