Mypalclub Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Animal Care Centre Manager to oversee our facility and ensure the highest standards of care for our furry friends. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of animal care staff, volunteers, and interns to provide compassionate and effective care for all animals in our facility. Develop and implement protocols and procedures to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all animals under our care. Coordinate with veterinarians, trainers, and other professionals to provide specialized care and rehabilitation for animals with specific needs. Oversee the daily operations of the animal care centre, including feeding, grooming, exercise, cleaning and enrichment activities. Monitor and maintain facility cleanliness, maintenance, and organization to create a safe and comfortable environment for animals and staff. Manage the budget and resources of the animal care centre, ensuring efficient use of funds and effective allocation of resources. Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to promote adoption, fundraising, and community engagement initiatives.
