Angular Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Angular Lead with strong coding expertise and proven team management skills. The ideal candidate should be able to design, develop, and optimize front-end applications while guiding a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of front-end developers working on Angular projects.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using Angular (latest versions preferred).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, QA, design, product management) to deliver robust applications.
• Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and solution architecture.
• Manage timelines, task allocation, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 9 to 11 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Angular (version 8 and above).
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices and responsive design.
• Experience in team management, task allocation, and mentoring developers.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
