Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through various communication channels (voice/email/chat).
  • Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and quality metrics.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with international voice process knowledge.
  • Excellent English language skills with ability to communicate effectively over phone/email/chat.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
