Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-ground interactions with the public across different locations in Kerala to gather views and opinions on current issues and election-related topics.
• Present questions clearly, confidently, and neutrally during interviews.
• Host and anchor short public-opinion videos for YouTube and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with the production team regarding shoot schedules, locations, and thematic requirements.
• Ensure ethical interviewing practices, respecting consent and neutrality while collecting public responses.
• Work with the videography team to ensure clear audio, visual quality, and smooth on-camera interactions.
• Support script preparation for introductions, transitions, and video summaries when required.
• Represent the channel professionally and maintain a respectful approach in all public interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Malayalam; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Confident on-camera presence with ability to engage people spontaneously.
• Prior experience in anchoring, reporting, vlogging, or media presentation preferred.
• Understanding of Kerala’s social, cultural, and regional contexts.
• Ability to travel across multiple districts on short notice.
• Professional behaviour, neutrality, and adherence to ethical media standards.

Contract Details

• Short-term project-based contract (duration based on election-phase requirements).
• Payment: To be discussed (per-day or per-video basis).
• Must be available for urgent or short-notice assignments.
