Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller cum Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting our travel and tour packages, converting leads into sales, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain tour packages, destinations, pricing, and travel options clearly and persuasively.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain a database of customer information and follow up to close sales.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the management.
• Coordinate with the field sales and operations teams for booking confirmations and customer support.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Keep updated on current travel trends, destinations, and promotional offers.
• Prepare daily call reports, lead conversion details, and customer feedback summaries.
• Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns as required.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (experience in travel/tourism industry preferred).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and convincing skills (Malayalam, English, Hindi preferred).
• Good telephone etiquette and persuasive personality.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Compensation

• Fixed salary with attractive incentives based on performance.
• Additional allowances as per company policy.
