Real Estate Property Presenter / Host / Anchor

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Presenter located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Presenter will be responsible for communicating & showing property features and benefits to potential buyers, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, preparing and delivering presentations, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also involves organizing property viewings, coordinating with real estate agents, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service. Coordinating with social media & marketing team for shoot, script, dialogue, usp. etc.

Qualifications

Strong presentation and communication skills

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Sales knowledge and experience in the real estate industry

Organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
