1. Brand Representation & Presentation

• Represent the company professionally during events, project launches, site visits, and customer interactions.
• Ensure clear, confident, and engaging communication that aligns with the brand tone.
• Maintain grooming, etiquette, and professionalism at all times.

2. Event Hosting & Coordination

• Host real estate events such as project launches, customer meet-ups, Bhoomi Poojan, possession ceremonies, and marketing shows.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and event teams to understand the event flow.
• Ensure smooth transitions, announcements, and audience engagement during events.

3. Project Walkthrough & Video Anchoring

• Perform anchoring for project walkthrough videos, promotional videos, and digital content.
• Explain project features, amenities, USPs, and technical details in simple language.
• Work with videographers and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.

4. Customer Engagement & Interaction

• Interact with customers during events, expos, and site visits.
• Answer basic queries and guide them to the sales team for detailed discussion.
• Create a positive experience for visitors and maintain high engagement levels.

5. Script & Content Preparation

• Assist in preparing scripts for events, social media videos, and promotional activities.
• Provide creative input to improve storytelling and clarity.
• Ensure scripts are accurate, updated, and match project details.

6. Coordination With Marketing & Sales Teams

• Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning, shoots, and brand positioning.
• Coordinate with sales teams to understand project highlights and customer expectations.
• Support branding activities at events and exhibitions.

7. Social Media Support

• Participate in content shoots for social media campaigns (Reels, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram).
• Assist in creating engaging on-camera content that highlights project offerings.
• Maintain consistency in tone, communication, and brand messaging.

8. Feedback & Reporting

• Provide post-event feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Report event outcomes, audience engagement levels, and coordination challenges.
• Track performance and maintain documentation of events hosted.

9. Professional Development

• Continuously improve communication, stage presence, voice modulation, and presentation skills.
• Stay updated with real estate industry trends and project knowledge.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
