Role Overview

As an Anchor / Host, you will be the face and voice of Bliss Orbis events — engaging audiences, interacting with guests, and maintaining event flow with confidence and enthusiasm.
This role requires strong communication skills, stage presence, adaptability, and charm to handle live audiences and spontaneous moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and anchor live events, brand activations, and corporate functions.
• Engage and entertain the audience while ensuring smooth event flow.
• Coordinate with the event manager, technical team, and backstage crew.
• Understand event scripts, themes, and client expectations.
• Prepare and rehearse scripts or spontaneous interactions as needed.
• Maintain professional presentation and communication at all times.
• Support event setup and client coordination when required.
• Travel for outstation events and represent the company on-site.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).
• Confident stage presence and audience engagement.
• Energetic, expressive, and quick-thinking personality.
• Presentable and camera-friendly.
• Ability to handle diverse event types – corporate, lifestyle, social, and brand activations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset.

Qualification

• Graduate / Postgraduate (any discipline).
• Background in Mass Communication, Media, Performing Arts, or Event Management is a plus.

Work Timings

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible during events; late-night and weekend events likely).
