Analytics Team Lead

The Analytics Trainer position at Palin Analytics, Patiala, is a full-time on-site role that requires a passionate and experienced individual to join the team. As an Analytics Trainer, your primary responsibilities will include delivering classroom and live online sessions on topics such as Data Analytics, Python, SQL, Power BI, and Excel. You will be tasked with designing and updating training content to align with current industry trends, conducting assessments and project evaluations, and mentoring students through capstone projects to enhance their placement readiness. Additionally, you will be involved in workshops, seminars, and industry interaction sessions to provide a comprehensive learning experience for the students. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong command over Python with proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. Furthermore, a good understanding of SQL, Excel, and Power BI/Tableau, along with knowledge of Data Cleaning, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Visualization, and Reporting is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also key requirements, and prior teaching or training experience would be preferred. To be eligible for this position, candidates should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of industry or academic experience in data analytics or business analytics. Freshers with strong skillsets and good communication are also encouraged to apply.
