Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Trainer Advanced Excel role based in Patiala. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on Advanced Excel concepts, creating course materials, and engaging with learners to support their understanding. The role involves the design of interactive exercises, addressing learners’ queries, and staying updated on the latest Excel functionalities to provide advanced and practical knowledge. The Trainer will also assess learner progress through assignments and provide constructive feedback to ensure their skill development.

Qualifications

Expert knowledge of Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and functions for data analysis.
Ability to teach complex Excel concepts, formulas, and automation to learners of varying proficiency levels.
Strong skills in training design, course material preparation, and creating hands-on exercises.
Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills to engage and support learners effectively.
Proficiency in data visualization techniques and the ability to integrate Excel with other tools or software is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
Previous experience in training, teaching, or professional development delivery is highly beneficial.
