Role Overview: As an Analytics Lead at Saarthee, you will be joining a team of data analytics experts to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. This client-facing role requires individuals who are skilled and hands-on with solving complex technical aspects of data and analytics projects. You will lead essential analysis across multiple functions, identify opportunities, and drive analytics-driven business strategies to address clients" business KPIs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead client engagements independently, providing support for new opportunities, creating toolkits, and ensuring client success - Engage with clients to identify opportunities to institutionalize analytics across client organizations - Utilize project management tools like Microsoft Project for regular client update meetings, stakeholder management, risk analysis, and tracking execution and success metrics - Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to avoid customer impact and drive continuous improvement - Guide the team in data synthesis, modeling techniques, and deriving actionable insights and recommendations - Assist with ramp-up activities including analyst selection, project allocation, and aligning ramp-up plans with current and future projects - Design the analytics and reporting platform, define the architecture, and recommend suitable software and tools - Provide consultation on implementing analytics-driven business strategies, including advanced statistics and machine learning problems - Lead a team of consultants, encourage new capabilities through learning initiatives, and knowledge sharing Qualifications Required: - 5+ years experience in data/analytics/project management roles - Superior communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Experience with running Pilot Projects is a must - Expertise in SQL, Tableau, Python, or other ETL tools (Knime will be a plus) - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Additional Details: Saarthee offers competitive compensation packages, a fast track career path, a collaborative team-based environment with mentorship, comprehensive benefits including Health Insurance, and an empathetic result-driven work culture.,
