Job Description

Role Overview: As the Manager of Analytics & Metrics at our organization, you will be a key member of the Insights and Enablement team, focusing on enhancing efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making within the Services business unit. Leveraging data, technology, and operational excellence, your role is vital in driving smarter decisions that impact the organization positively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a deep understanding of the business environment and engage with key stakeholders across various departments. - Act as an internal consulting partner to identify pain points in business models and operational processes. - Analyze current processes through stakeholder interactions, process demos, and system understanding. - Propose and implement improvements using analytical frameworks. - Create documentation, success KPIs, and data dashboards to monitor progress and drive continuous efficiency improvements.
