Analytics Associate Manager - Insights and Intelligence

Role Overview: As an Analytics Associate Manager in the Insights & Intelligence vertical at Accenture, you will play a key role in generating insights using the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Analytics techniques to deliver value to clients. Your expertise will be utilized to build innovative solutions, solve business problems, and tackle technical challenges using AI Platforms and technologies. You will work within the Marketing & Customer Analytics team, focusing on measuring, managing, and analyzing marketing activities to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing ROI and performance efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Data Science and Advanced Analytics delivery teams - Utilize strong statistical programming experience in Python, R, SAS, S-plus, MATLAB, STATA, or SPSS - Work with large data sets and big data tools such as Snowflake, AWS, and Spark - Apply solid knowledge in areas like Supervised and Unsupervised Learning, Classification, Regression, Clustering, Neural Networks, and more - Have experience in business domains like CPG, Retail, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Health, and Supply Chain - Engage in client interaction and business development - Collaborate effectively in a global team environment - Analyze data to enhance brand equity, improve retail margins, achieve growth, and expand market share for clients Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in leading Data Science and Advanced Analytics teams - Proficiency in statistical programming languages and big data tools - Strong knowledge in various statistical and analytical methods - Experience in client engagement and business development - Ability to work in a global collaborative team setting - Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required About Accenture: Accenture is a global professional services company with expertise in digital, cloud, and security solutions.
