Skill required: Sourcing & Procurement - Procurement Management Designation: Analytics and Modeling Senior Analyst Qualifications: Any Graduation Years of Experience: 5 to 8 years What would you do? "Lead Major project for the inventory team. Plan, support and monitor the projects to implementation. Analyze, identify, and recommend process improvement and system modifications to standardize, increase productivity and efficiency. Participate and contribute to the development of project requirements and scope, building relationships with FSPD a, IT, Tech Hub (RPA) and finance business leads. Project testing – Developing UAT scenarios, testing and providing feedback to IT on deficiencies. Lead/ train other team members through UAT testing. Support Project roll out and provide analysis on outcome to ensure the functionality is working as developed. Developing Project requirements and scope Project testing Developing training material - Analysis on functionality is working as designed Procedure and policy - Review and update all procedure documents You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results.The Procurement Support team focuses on identifying the requirements for goods and services from all business units. The team is responsible for identifying and evaluating a list of suppliers, negotiating contracts with the selected supplier, raising a purchase requisition and releasing the purchase order. The team is also responsible for completing the payment process upon receiving an invoice, auditing the delivery of requested goods/services and maintaining proper records of invoices."
