In this light, our Reconciliation manager plays a very critical role by taking ownership of all payments transaction processing and be responsible for day-to-day, month-to-month SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:
- As an Analyst/ Senior Analyst in our Payment Processing team you will Liaise with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Customer Service, Product, and Technology) for processing of transactions for both our Retail Institutional businesses
- Reconcile incoming customers money with their transactions and making sure their wallets have sufficient balance for the execution of their transactions.
- Onboard new Institutional, SME, and enterprise clients on Niums platform.
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve payment processing issues.
- To verify statements for various banks and currencies before reprocessing or refunding transactions.
- Creating monthly Invoices for clients and tracking their settlement.
- Coordination with the Reconciliation and Finance teams for accounting queries, provide relevant information to ensure proper accounting is carried out
- Work with Account Managers and Customer Service teams to resolve customer complaints.
- Publish MIS reports to the management and internal stakeholders.
- Organize workflow to meet department objectives.
- Work with Product and Technology teams to improve process efficiency and automation.
- This role will require you to work in a rotational shift environment. Also, given Nium operates across multiple geographies there are no fixed holidays, and we follow a flexible holiday schedule.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree with 2-6 years of experience working in Payment Processing, preferred knowledge of Cross border remittances
- Can prioritize, organize, and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrates ability to work with a high degree of quality.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving/Issue Resolution skills.
- Hands-on experience in MS Office and tools within it.
- Possesses Behavioral competencies such as Customer-centricity, confidence, go-getter mindset, curiosity, comfortable to multitask on systems, can relate to Tech as an end-user, team player, flexible, looks for improvements in pursuit of operational efficiency.
