Job Description

Transaction Monitoring Analysts / Senior Analysts

Key Responsibilities:

Perform transaction monitoring to identify suspicious or unusual activities
Review and analyze AML, compliance, and financial crime alerts
Conduct crypto and blockchain transaction screening as per regulatory guidelines
Prepare detailed investigation reports and maintain case documentation
Ensure adherence to AML regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve alerts and improve process effectiveness

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
03 years of experience in Transaction Monitoring / AML / Compliance
Knowledge or experience in crypto & blockchain monitoring preferred
Familiarity with AML regulations, crypto compliance guidelines, and industry standards
Experience with transaction monitoring tools and compliance software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
AML/Compliance certifications are an added advantage

Shift Details:

US Shift:
6:30 PM 3:30 AM
Freshers(BBA /BCOM /MCOM) /Experience can Apply With a Good Communications.
