Analyst/Senior Analyst AI & Automation Solutions Engineer

Role Overview: You will be joining DESRI India Private Limited as an AI & Automation Solutions Engineer, working within the Technology & Information Services team. You will collaborate with teams in the U.S. and Hyderabad to support DESRI's portfolio of renewable energy projects. Your role will involve developing and deploying AI/ML solutions to enhance efficiency and drive value across key business areas, as well as evaluating new technologies and taking ownership of projects from scoping to delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate across functions to apply AI/ML solutions for enhancing efficiency and value. - Develop and deploy automation workflows using tools like Python, Zapier, ChatGPT, and other full stack development architecture. - Evaluate, test, and document new AI/ML tools and technologies for potential adoption. - Participate in team stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to align on project goals. - Prepare and present project updates and deliverables to senior stakeholders. - Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects, from scoping to execution and delivery. Qualifications: - BE/Btech or ME/MTech in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 2-4 years of hands-on experience. - Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions preferred. - Experience in designing, building, and maintaining full-stack web applications, including UI, APIs, DevOps, and databases, is an added advantage. - Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts, Python, databases, and web development (React, APIs). - Excellent analytical abilities, communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail required. - Ability to collaborate with teams in different time zones and jurisdictions is a must.,
