Analyst/Senior Analyst AI & Automation Solutions Engineer

As a technically proficient and solution-oriented AI & Automation Solutions Engineer at DESRI India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting DESRI's portfolio of renewable energy projects. You will collaborate with a diverse team located in the U.S. and Hyderabad, as well as external stakeholders, to drive efficiency and value through the application of AI/ML solutions and automation workflows. Your responsibilities will include developing and deploying automation workflows using various tools such as Python, Zapier, and ChatGPT. You will also evaluate and test new AI/ML technologies for potential integration within the organization. Participation in team stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews will be essential to ensure alignment on project goals and delivery quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting project updates and deliverables to senior stakeholders and taking ownership of projects from scoping to execution. To excel in this role, you should possess a BE/Btech or ME/MTech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with at least 2-4 years of hands-on experience. Candidates with expertise in automation tools like Zapier and experience in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions will be preferred. Proficiency in designing, building, and maintaining full-stack web applications, including UI, APIs, DevOps, and databases, will be an added advantage. A strong foundation in AI/ML concepts, Python, databases, and web development (React, APIs) is crucial. Furthermore, you must demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, effective communication and organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Collaboration with teams across different time zones and jurisdictions is also a key requirement for this role.,
