ANALYST VENTURE DEBT

As an Investment Analyst/Associate in Private Credit & Growth Debt, you will be supporting the senior investment team in various aspects of the investment process, including origination, evaluation, execution, syndication, and portfolio monitoring. This role will provide you with full-cycle exposure to venture debt and private credit transactions across diverse sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate & Execute Deals: You will be responsible for preparing investment memos, conducting financial and business due diligence, supporting underwriting, structuring, and managing end-to-end transaction execution. - Origination Support: Your role will involve performing market/sector research, tracking borrower/sponsor activity, and assisting in managing stakeholder relationships. - Portfolio Monitoring: You will analyze portfolio performance, track covenants, prepare reviews and dashboards, and identify early warning indicators. - Internal Collaboration: Working closely with legal, risk, and operations teams, you will support fund reporting, investor updates, and portfolio reviews. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in investment management, credit analysis, banking, consulting, or corporate finance. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with familiarity in financial statements and credit underwriting. - Proficiency in Excel; exposure to modelling/valuation is a plus. - Detail-oriented, proactive, strong communicator, and comfortable working in lean teams.
