Roles & Responsibilities

Processing purchase advice received on daily basis with 100% accuracy.
Identifying discrepancy between servicing data wrt closing documents.
Working with Post Closing team to resolve any discrepancy Identified.
Performing various reconciliation on sub servicer reports
Analyzing variance on sale price and identify invalid pricing hit
Hands on experience in MS Excel is must.
Experience with reviewing closing docs will be an advantage.
Meeting SLAs with 100% quality to provide best customer experience during service transfer of loans.
