Analyst / Senior Analyst - eCommere - EDI

Your role as a Customer Service Coordinator at CMA CGM involves a diverse range of responsibilities focused on coordinating and responding to customer inquiries related to shipping. You will work closely with agents across the entire CMA CGM group to ensure efficient and effective customer support. Your main responsibilities will include providing support and resolution to customer queries via telephone and email, in adherence to defined Service Level Agreements and quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring correct administrative handling through effective communication and cooperation. Building critical relationships with internal and external customers, assisting with account management, and addressing complex customer questions and concerns will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will process operational data in software systems, identify and resolve operational or service concerns, and analyze operational reports. You will interface with various carriers to track shipments and understand requirements. Compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe work environment, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders for information exchange and issue resolution are also essential responsibilities. The minimum requirements for this role include holding a Diploma, preferably in Maritime, Supply Chain, or Logistics. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to present to large groups, are important for success in this position.
