Role & responsibilities

• Inventory Management and Logistics

• To place orders with organisation's manufacturing facilities, as guided by the offshore teams, to ensure on-time demand fulfilment and maintenance of requisite safety stock levels
• To support the offshore team in placing orders with organisation's manufacturing facilities
• To track shipment status and provide regular updates to the offshore team and customers
• To monitor all relevant offshore departments to ensure inventory transactions and location movements are as per schedule
• To maintain a stock update of the outbound shipments in customer accounts
• To manage Goods Received Note (GRN) process in the system
• To ensure proper reconciliation of inventory, consignment sales and returns
• To track and ensure timely data entry of all inventory movements, transactions, and metrics. These include:
• TAP entities Orders to Factory
• Track order Inbound goods with ASN upload
• GRN and Re-Invoicing
• Inventory Management
• Logistics cost management and reporting
• Manage SAP Price Master

• Customer Service

• Respond TAP entities for their inquiries or to notify them of shipment and inventory status.
• To provide regular updates to the offshore team stakeholder on entities complaint or requests and seek inputs for effective resolution; To escalate critical / complex customer issues to the offshore team, in a timely manner
• To play an active role in improvement of supply chain, under the guidance of the offshore team
• To maintain knowledge of organisation's products, customer service policies and internal processes, and apply this knowledge in execution of TAP re-invoicing operations

• MIS / Reports, Documentation and Recordkeeping

• To manage database of all orders, customer service tickets, open issues, etc. To undertake data hygiene processes, on a regular basis, to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
• To prepare periodic reports / MIS pertaining to inventory management, order processing, logistics and customer service, as per the defined timelines and formats, and share these reports/ MIS with the offshore team for further review and analysis
• To prepare requisite documents/ data for submission to the offshore team
• To ensure proper recordkeeping of all documents, as guided by the offshore team

Preferred candidate profile

5 -8 years of experience in Inventory Management / Material Management / Supply Chain
