Analyst, Risk & Insurance

As a Risk Analyst at Salesforce, you will be a part of the Risk and Insurance team, a global team responsible for managing Salesforce's global property and liability insurance and corporate risk management programs. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Risk Management, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations, renewals of global insurance programs, and building infrastructure to ensure operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include providing support for the management and operations of the Corporate Risk Management function, assisting in insurance renewals by analyzing and presenting accurate data, managing insurance claims, integrating mergers and acquisitions into global insurance programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on various risk management initiatives. Additionally, you will work on special ad hoc projects and presentations for executives and insurance underwriters. To succeed in this role, you should have solid experience in corporate risk management and/or the insurance industry, excellent communication skills, proficiency in financial analysis and business process improvement projects, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You should also demonstrate a sense of urgency, ownership, and collaboration, as well as the ability to work independently with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Corporate Risk Management and/or Insurance-related work experience, advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, basic finance and accounting knowledge, and familiarity with Salesforce products including Tableau. Experience with Risk Management Information Systems is a plus.
