Job Description

As a Risk Analyst at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in the global Risk and Insurance team, dedicated to managing Salesforces" property and liability insurance programs. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Risk Management, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of corporate risk management, including policy administration, contract reviews, and renewals of various insurance programs. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the reporting and management of insurance claims, integrating mergers and acquisitions into global insurance programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive various risk management initiatives. Additionally, you will assist in special ad hoc projects and presentations to executives and insurance underwriters. To succeed in this role, you should possess solid experience in corporate risk management and/or the insurance industry, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in financial analysis and business process improvement projects. You must be comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and have the ability to work independently while building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and insurance brokers. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Corporate Risk Management and/or Insurance-related work experience, advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and basic finance and accounting knowledge. Experience with Salesforce products, including Tableau, and Risk Management Information Systems is a plus.
